Gas prices have dropped a little bit. I actually saw gas for $3.89 last night at the local Freestate gas station. It was a bittersweet moment because I’ve never felt so happy to see such a huge rip off. So, go get your gas before the hurricanes start hitting the Gulf.

CNNMoney reports that gasoline prices fell for the 6th straight day Wednesday, according to a nationwide survey.

The average for regular unleaded gas fell more than a penny to $4.042 a gallon, down from $4.055 the previous day, according to AAA.

Gasoline prices hit a record high of $4.114 a gallon last Wednesday and held the level through Thursday.
