The introduction of tasers (stun guns) into law enforcement was meant to stop the use of deadly force…or atleast reduce it. The key technology to disable even the most aggressive subjects, Neuro Muscular Incapacitation (NMI), temporarily overrides the command and control systems of the body to impair muscular control.

So, how on earth does a cop find it necessary to taser a handcuffed man 9 TIMES until he’s dead!? No, really…someone please answer this question. I’m stunned (pun intended). Thank God that the coroner has finally, after 7 months, deemed the case a homicide…eventhough he seems quite shaken up when discussing the case below.

How about we just take everything away from out law enforcement officers except for the billy club and let them operate that way for a while. Obviously something needs to be done because there have been multiple cases of people dying from improper tasering.

I’m actually a fan of cops having tasers, mainly because I never imagined they could be used to kill.
